Pricing questions
What counts towards my student limit?
Every active student profile in your school counts. If you reach the limit, you can upgrade to a larger plan at any time.
Are all WhatsApp messages charged?
Yes. Every WhatsApp message — fee vouchers, payment receipts, and reminders — consumes one credit from your account balance. Credits are charged at your plan's per-message rate and billed on your next invoice. Email notifications are always unlimited and free.
How do we get started?

How do we pay our EdCo invoice?
Invoices are emailed as a PDF before each renewal and are payable by bank transfer. Our team confirms receipt and records the payment.
