What counts towards my student limit?
Every active student profile in your school counts. If you reach the limit, you can upgrade to a larger plan at any time.
Are all WhatsApp messages charged?
No. Sending fee vouchers and payment receipts on WhatsApp and email is always free and unlimited. Only optional payment reminders are charged per message — at your plan's rate, billed on your next invoice. You only pay for the reminders you choose to send.
How do we get started?
Submit a request through our get-started form. Our team will reach out to walk you through the platform, configure your school, and get you live — usually within one business day.
How do we pay our EdCo invoice?
Invoices are emailed as a PDF before each renewal and are payable by bank transfer. Our team confirms receipt and records the payment.
