Pricing questions
Does fee collection have a monthly subscription?
No. The fee-collection software has no subscription or setup fee, whether or not you ever add a paid plan. Standard 1BILL, RAAST P2M, and card processing charges still apply per transaction — deducted from your settlement — but parents are never charged more than the voucher amount.
What counts towards my student limit?
Every active student profile in your school counts. If you reach the limit, you can upgrade to a larger plan at any time.
Does EdCo charge for WhatsApp messages?
No. Your institution connects its own WhatsApp Business API account, and EdCo does not add a WhatsApp messaging charge. Meta may charge your institution directly under its applicable tariff. Email and push notifications from EdCo are free.

How do we pay our EdCo invoice?
Invoices are emailed as a PDF before each renewal and are payable by bank transfer. Our team confirms receipt and records the payment.
