We built the tool
we wished existed
We help Pakistani academic institutions collect fees without manual follow-ups, then add school-management tools only when they need them.
Why we built EdCo
Every school we spoke to had the same story. Finance staff buried in manual ledgers. WhatsApp groups used for reminders. Printed challan slips that parents lose. Monthly bank statement reconciliation that took days.
The software available was either outdated desktop tools or Western SaaS products with no understanding of quarterly cycles, multi-guardian families, or local payment infrastructure. Neither was designed for how Pakistani schools actually operate.
EdCo changes that. We start with fee collection built around local payment channels and the workflows finance teams already follow. Institutions can then add paid modules for academics and school operations when those tools make sense for them.
Based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Our team is local — we understand Pakistani schools because we work with them every day.
What we believe
The principles that shape every decision we make.
Local first
Bank Alfalah APG, RAAST, WhatsApp, quarterly cycles, and multi-campus structures — all first-class features, not afterthoughts.
Radical simplicity
If a finance staff member can't learn it in an hour without a manual, we redesign it. Simplicity is the product.
Reliability
Schools depend on fee income to operate. EdCo runs on Google Cloud with automated backups and continuous monitoring.
Honest pricing
No hidden fees. No confusing tiers. Every school knows exactly what they pay before they commit to anything.
Parent experience
We design for the parent paying fees just as carefully as the admin collecting them. Both deserve a seamless experience.
Local support
Our team speaks Urdu and English, understands Pakistani education, and responds fast. We're reachable when it matters.
